World Prosperity and the new Rested Exp

It would be wonderful if World Prosperity increased the amount of gold we earn along with the amount of exp we earn so we can balance things out a bit more.

I agree that world prosperity is nonsense - player should be rewarded, no punished with empty experiences. Possibility to turn it off would be fine.
