The difference between 60 (leg) set and 50 (leg) set isn't huge at all, few K BR, whats important are the extra rage and socket on leg sets. So I would definately go for 50 leg set.
What I did is get full 50 set before 54, got most of my pieces legged at 54 camping there, now I'm 56 and fully golden now
. Worth it, especially since you said you want to get lord divine before 60 like me.
