Well the date says 11-21, but even then that's no reason for someone with no wins to be ranked top 100 in class.

Don't be stupid. You're looking at the the rank list from last month. A lot of the no win players were people who didn't log on for the finals.

They get into top 100 in preliminaries then afk/not attend the finals 2 days later = 0 wins. ( I think )

Bro, that's last month finalist. even no wins in final event, they were the 100 finalist in preliminaries. so why they cannot be top 100 while they made it to top 100.
