How to distribute points for your sylph?

However I don't see Intelligence raising the players' BR or Intelligence or MATK while Endurance increases the players' HP. Am I missing something?

Awakened: The sylph attacks are added to the MATK/ PATK of the player based on class.

Since the sylph's damage depends on Int/Str, you'll do more damage in fights if you raise that sylph stat, even though it wont raise your br.

I thought the only br that affects the player is the HP it gives you and it's passive.
