Balens rate for players from different parts of world.

Can balens be sold according to currency. Me from India. So recharging for balens is very costly for me as it is charged in dollars.
Is it possible to make balens available on decent rates and according to currency.

If not atleast reduce to required balens for some required things like socketing rods, lvl 5 gem stone scroll etc..
things are highly overcharged i feel.

I have seen lot of players leaving game due to very less options for players who cant spend big money to buy balens..
