I have suggestion, I think this will make more income money for u, I suggest to remove support department in your company, they are useless and kick customers from your company, I really think that support department is useless and helpless, they just fake !

So instead just make "virtual" things cheaper, that worthless to open a ticket for it, and remove ur support team, or at least I think 1 for payment issues, and another issues I think "auto reply" bot is more than enough.

Your support team scam you r2 if u dont know.

To me, I think they was a reason they brought up the Tickets system. But removing it will not be a good idea though. But I do know it's left for R2 to decide on what to do
