Since its clear nothings gonna be done to fix the numerous bugs or issues in game, how about a compromise? Give us the option to load into our city rather then cloud city, allow the "hide heroes" option in cloud city to save so that future log-ins auto disable heroes until you turn it back on. Also give us the option to hide heroes in WB, I really don't need to see everyone standing on top of each other, it doesnt help with WB it only hurts...
