Im not sure, meaning i have heard but not seen anything official, but i believe you hot at a much higher crit rate then normal PLUS the damage boost form the inspiration makes for some crazy damage.
I can crit with my slyphs delfic for over 100K and that is low

enhanced deter + holy sniper, want gamble and got surprise on damage use enhanced ruthlesness

deflection doesnt work against the wb as far as i know

it works, but don't give u additional gold / daru.
crit + deter is the best!! coz my luck sucks, i will never use ruthlessness again, i tried it before, a couple amount of times, and the amount of gold and daru i get reduced by a LOT!!
