The whole reason people asked for a second arena wasn't because they wanted to do it twice, but because they couldn't make the original arena time. In making two arenas, and halving the rewards, essentially the people that couldn't make the 2:00-3:00 arena time could only go to the new arena time, but their rewards will be halved. This isn't fair to the players that could attend both arena times, so I suggest to keep the win/loss rewards at 6:2 and only allow players to attend one of the two arenas.
