need help with getting friends list filled up

Hi I'm having problems trying to fill my friends list.
i been trying to find info on how to do so but so fare not finding any thing.
i keep trying to add to friends under the friends tab but every time they keep going to
strangers list and not friends list how to i get it to go to friends list?

I Play on

Server - [S428] Wrennwood (Europe)
Guild - WhiteNight
Name's - NightRose & MysticAsh
Female lvl 22 Archer , Female lvl 41 Mage

They will be on your friend's list if they decide to add you.

say you need farm buddies in world chat, if that doesnt work......

offer them candy in your basement
