you can get almost every rune with smallrunes from the event in hot tabs

or u can wait til Class Wars and buy it from the glory shop

atm, there is an event where you have to trade small runes in order to get rune packs. Each has different runs you could obtain. (you get 1 rune from a pack and you may get double runes).

The blood and heal rune are obtainable (very low chance) from tanks or could be bought in cw shop
