Lower amount of Crystaliods needed for crafting.

I'm sorry but the amount of these things coupled with how ungodly rare they seem is kinda batcrap insane, lv 50 stuff should be maybe 20 per piece or so, 200 is just crazy with how rare they are to get. I am a newer player and my gear is pretty much **** because I have no way to get the absurd amount of crystaloids they need to make anything for a lv 40.
