Dont think the "free offers" tab in game is advertised enough to encourage players to earn free balens and i think that you should remove the dodgy websites that dont work anymore like supersonic which is 'currently out of serve' and update them regularly so that it is easier to get balens rather than everyone keep spending and getting mad about it later on because they dont receive the balens or cant get enough things without them.
So..
-Add more balen suppliers
-Update regularly so people can earn more balens
and whatever other issues players have about balens...which maybe you could refer to through other forum posts
