New Server Please PVP WEST

GM, is there anyway that you can create another server PVP West? It's been almost a year since I think you created a server PVP from the West. So please create one now? I'm sure there's a lot from the West who'll play this.. I along with my friends are waiting for a new server from the WEST that is a PVP server. Please consider this. Thanks
