Better to wait and evolve Hades?

Since tears and sand are so hard to get, would it be better to wait and evolve these later?

you have to wait and evolve hades since neither hades or apollo can be evolved yet.....there is supposed to be another item besides sand and tears that is required.....and no one knows how much it is going to cost to evolve....ive heard as much as 30k balens....but obviously no one knows yet
