Refinement with 2 locks

I suugest to add another column of locks into refinement, so each stat can have 2 locks

2 locks will lock everything
1 lock will lock stat and reroll quality
0 lock will reroll stat and quality

2 lock on str + 9: next refine it will stay as str+9
1 lock on str + 9: next refine it stays at str, but the number is random
0 lock on str + 9: next refine it will be replaced by a complete random stat.

10 locks to re-roll same stat
hell...even 50 locks to re-roll same stat.

Totally agree. 50 would be a pretty high but acceptable price for keeping the same stat just with different value.

With how many locks we get? That would be an acceptable exchange, since I just had to sell another 999 of the dumb things cuz they were clogging too much space.

actually one of the best suggestion so far, except for the "ratio" as some said. It is defently more worth to re-roll with chance of higher refine on same stat. +1
