After coming online to the new patch and looking things over, I have noticed that devotion has become another luck based thing. This is annoying because game is getting too many luck based stuff and not enough constants that you can use to strategically build your character. However, a bigger problem comes up. There is no more signet training from devotion. This means the whole recovery system that uses signet training has become obsolete, but still in game. I was wondering if anyone from the test servers ever found out where to get more signet training .
