anyone tried if a lvl 2 slot increases determination / goddess blessing to 52/32%? just wanna make sure that the first % is not only cause of rounding up.

it increases the percentage directly

for example, if I place GA astral there, 35% --> 37%

You can use any old astral in new slots, but you cannot use new in old slots.
