ummm because some of us spend money here and would like to actually see our money spent on something usefull instead of maintenance after maintenance and collecting useless comp packs. we pay to play, not sit and wait while we miss every event in the game be rewarded with **** in compensation

I suggest they take a long, hard look at their testing routines. I appreciate that there are many routes through the game, which makes testing complex but it is possible to do a much better job than they are doing, with just a little more attention to systems and routines
