They amended/clarified that to say "sylph equipment". So sadly, no free 80 legend enchants. Which makes sense, w/o gold cost we could just spam the enchant button @ 10% odds till it worked.

They wanna push everyone to L80 ,eliminate campers for good

It part of ONW effective on all servers

We have no choice,case me pushed from L63-72 still with 519% EXP buff

Am very weak though
