  • [New Server!] Wartune Server Launch for 06/11 @ 8:00 AM EDT

    On June 11th at 8:00 AM EDT (20:00 PM GMT+8), a new East Coast server S900 Regal Valley will be released.

    You can check out all the Activities and Promotions for new servers here in this thread. For any updates or changes, please keep an eye on this thread. See you in-game!

        There's no set in stone schedule for releases, but a euro server should be next week.

          Is there any chance that I could use the mobile top-up option from a European server? I have made several high-value top-ups on my mobile phone from a different R2 account but it turned out that xsolla refused the transaction. I tried it on S900 on the 3 lowest balen packages + both VIP packages but it seems like the Hungarian mobile phone number is not accepted. I chose the package type, I entered the phone number and I clicked onto the transaction initiation but a new window appeared saying xsolla is unable to fulfil the request. So why they put there the mobile payment option if its out of service? From a European server I would really expect that they should accept an EU phone number so I will give a try from s901. Its just really confusing because I know about several other guys who had the same problem. And anyway a VIP would cost normally 1400 HUF (Hungarian Forints), through mobile phone it costs 5000 HUF, thats robbery!

            When you input your phone number in the system, it checks if your mobile carrier provides an option to pay for the product that you have chosen. If you get an error message, it means your mobile carrier doesn't have that option for the amount you have chosen. Xsolla recommends trying different amounts, or a different payment method. Mobile pay is not cheap, so it's usually best to use a different payment method.
            You can reach out to Xsolla direct and let them know what mobile carrier you have and see if there's a relationship there, and suggest there be one in the future by selecting one of the contact options at the bottom of the page at https://help.xsolla.com/

              I have tried to reach Xsolla, I told them the situation and this was the answer I got:

If you have a question about any gaming issue, please contact the game support. You can find the contact information on the main page of the official site of the game. They'll do their best to help. Thank you!

              Pretty obvious they're just dodging some people. Seems like my only option is to wait for the new European server, after that I will try to make a few transactions for balens and VIP on that server for this account to see if it works and if it won't work I will take it that Wartune is not for me. Your help is appreciated. Don' t have to answer for this, I just wrote it as a feedback to keep you informed about the willingness of cooperation of Xsolla. Thanks anyway.

                That is unusual. They use to have pretty good customer service. If your mobile payments aren't accepted on one server, it won't work for any other server.

                I looked through the payment options for Hungary, and after a little research, it looks like you can make a deposit into a Neteller or Boku account using Pay by Mobile, with a 2.5% fee, and then use the Neteller or Boku account to recharge with here, which should only incur whatever your country's VAT is. That would be a much better option than trying to pay directly with mobile, with absurdly high mobile pay fees, if either of those options works with your current mobile carrier.
