that 7-headed dragon will kill its rider.. looks a lot more like a pet than a mount.. i am well aware of imaginations at play, but try to keep it a bit realistic.. those spikes can poke the rider's eyes out.. xD

not enuff time to design but i have a few ideas in my mind..

Wings: flaming wings with sparkling jewels (or glowing wings *not the 60k BR wings* purp or green and encrusted with jewels)
Clothing: Shaiya-GoT-inspired clothes! woot!
Mount: A DOG.. (hue hue hue) would love to see one of those wb monsters become mounts..
