superace11 which guild are? If you are not in one of the top 8 do you think a merge will be better for you? If you are in guilds ranked 5 to 8 you would almost certainly lose guild battle.

I appreciate that there are a number of players in our group that would welcome a merge but let's be honest we are not short of players. The number of level 80s grows daily and the total number of players level 70 plus makes up a high percentage of players. A merge would bring in even more and leave the newer players being even worse off.

In addition, and I say this because I don't fully understand the merge system,or should I say, the criteria for it, we would probably have to merge with four other servers of a similar age or with one or two new servers. If it were the latter would they enjoy the merge? I think not! Ultimately server merges are a lazy way of achieving migration of players and that is an option that is probably no longer open to them as I suspect they don't have the skills or resources to carry out the task.

The basic problem with this game is that R2 don't own it and therefore can't respond to players wishes. The simple changes many of us want can't be implemented because 7 Roads own the game and run it for the Chinese market which is different than a Western market. Some of the changes that could be made wont be made because of commercial interest - R2 need to earn money.

I will stop now before I strart to get too political but think on what I have said.
