they send me this after my second pm on my ticket
" We would like to inform you that we had enlisted your information and the EXP book you had lost. We had already given the list to the devs and we hope they will send your books soon. If you don’t get them by the end of the week, please update us and we will see who we need to poke to get them sent."

so we can expect them back in a week

they are still going through all the data and verifying who used and lost. and who is lying. PLus there were many false tickets. so it is taking longer than it should.

When i gonna get my lvl 4 exp books which i lost due to bulk use without knowing they could be lost giving me 0 Exp.

I have reply from R2 Team, till the end of the week I should get back the exp. books which I lost and I apreciate that. Hopefully I will receive the rest pcs which I didnt get ( ammount which is proper for my old lvl 79, now 80 ) so 561 books+the rest.
