You can bid on goodies when pet boss (xserver boss) is defeated. From Level 54 It hought. Keep on saving, you will need it.

You can enter Cross Server Boss (Pet Boss) after Level 54. you need to participate in Cross Server Boss killing and if in time limit Boss killed you can get Bidding Screen for bidding Pet card, Pet skin Shard, Pet Charm card etc.
If Cross Server Boss not killed within time limit you go back to map where are your last location and you didn't get any reward of bidding.
