how do u find the talent stones i was told in quests but only got one quest and been trying to complete or events have tried to find but cant

The quest should take you to an NPC in Holy City, which will give you a class talent crystal. You use the crystal from your bag to add a talent point, which you will use in the Class Escalation icon, Class Talent tab.
