Loading issues

I had been afk mining for a while, and then participated in War. After War, I noticed that things wouldn't load. It would make it to 100% then just sit there. This happens even with my refreshing the page, closing the web browser and opening it again, and it also happens on the client. I even switched laptops to check, and still having the same issues.

I cant log at all. Loading till 100% then stay in this way . Was in elemental and had to refresh because got stuck on loading and never made back is around hour now.

After War was not able to load anything in game, would do the count to 100% then nothing, so refreshed and it did not help. I have cleared browsing history, etc. and didn't help. Now cannot get into game at all. I have also submitted a ticket
