Sorry, I'm not familiar with this. Have you tried removing them and having them all into your inventory at the same time to complete it? If that doesn't work you may have to submit a ticket and DM me the ticket number or email associated with the ticket and I can ask about it.

You have to obtain it by capture, not by exchange, astral chest or EXP reds
