So 3 days ago there was the smash egg event, and I bought some ambers then I bought some fortune voucher in the event shop even tho the wheel of fortune was not there because I wanted to prepare myself I bought 220 fortune voucher and from now on the wheel never came back and the fortune voucher will in 17 hours have no more validity. I never had the chance to use them but I spent around 5k+ ambers on them. I would love to be able to get a refound since it doesnt make sence or be able to use them. thanks

I am wondering if anyone else has a problem everytime they recharge and recharge is paid for if they get in the order panel to submit a ticket. Everytime i recharge i have to wait for them to post to my account. More times then not i lose recharge rewrds spenders etc and have never been compensated for it. This has been going on for a year now and i am wondering if anyone else has this problem. i have addressed r2 so many times that i have lost count and it has not been fixed or no attempt to find the problem and resolve it. Sometimes the day that i recharge i dont get til days later. Karl is the only one who post them to my account in a timely manner. If anyone lelse has this problem or has had it and can advise me on how to fix this problem please enlighten me and give me this knowledge. This is so frustrating for me. Once again today i have recharged 2 times and still hve not recieved the paid for ambers.I send in the receipts and all when i submit the tickets.Please if someone can help me with this i would more then appreciate it
