Cross Server Carnival Bug & Reward

Hi to all,

As per Cross Server Carnival Bugged on last day nobody can get reward of Daily & Total Reward. As per submit ticket and reply from support team that "We have an update from our Developers Team and your rewards from the CS-Carnival will be sent out manually according to your latest ranking from it in which it will be forwarded to your account after the Lunar Year holiday"

When developer sent out reward manually according to latest ranking?
When developers come back from holidays?

It's already 7 days for submit ticket & developer also back from holidays.

Rewards will be sent manually when the devs have sent the ranking list to the support team. A request for an update on the delay in sending the ranking list has already been sent in. Hopefully the rewards are settled soon.
