Are you unable to log in, or are you able to log in but not able to claim rewards? There's now 2 versions of Dragon Awaken. It's recommended to not use the H5 version on the client, but you can try both and see if you can claim from either. You haven't mentioned the issue you're having.. See if you can use the same credentials directly on the R2 website.
