  • game freeze in dungeons

    I have installed and deleted the r2 client 4 times it has not helped. I tried to play from the web page and the same thing happened.

      I have experienced similar issues MysticPam , a thorough indepth search using outside Techi's has identified that I am missing file R2CUiLib.dll, I do not know what other things this file does but it is clearly linked to graphics as it is required to take screenshots (using Mini Client). I have raised several tickets and as yet had no answer from R2Games. This being a .dll file is linked to your Operating System Dynamic Library. I hope this is not what is causing your issues, but very much suspect that it is . Heads-up , if you Google and following the link R2CUiLib.dll it directs you to the Website of Outbyte PC Repair . I have purchased products from this Website, but inspite their claims , there is no such file to be found on the Internet or any Driver Database. What ever R2CUiLib.dll is it can only be gotten from R2Games (I presume, yet to be clarified)

        If your ticket was received, then I guarantee you got a reply, and almost certainly within 24 hours of sending the ticket. There is always a chance that your ticket wasn't received, but usually when people say they didn't get a reply it's due to the email address they typed into the ticket form. I don't have a way to get proper information from you through the forum since our message system is broken, which is why we're encouraging Discord now, but if you'd like me to have the status of your tickets double checked, I can try with the R2 UID, which you can find at https://www.r2games.com, in the upper left corner by the Avatar. It's not a confidential number, so can be posted publicly.
