Wings Trail - Char not working

When will wings trail be fixed ? Been now 3 weeks that my main char can not do anything

Even I am facing the same issue. have raised a ticket and sent video as well but to no avail as of yet. Since a week am stuck as well.

It is a known issue, one that has existed for a long time and that we hope will be resolved in a future update now that the game is H5. Other players have said that if you do Wings Trial as the first thing after logging in, then it has less of a chance to fail.

We're not able to give time estimates. Some people recommend doing Wings Trial the moment you log in, before you do literally anything else.
