Eu-Asia Server Release Date?

Since i saw that are 3 different us servers. It should be time to consider to open a EU server. Since there are more europeans with the will to recharge money in a game.
I mean lets look at the statistics

ASIA = 4.588,5 million
EU = 741,4 milion people
US = 327,2 million (2018)

An Oceanic server wont be bad too.

also an East Coast server would be nice also, a lot of east coasters on S1 & the 3 hr time difference is a bear, especially if you work 9 to 5
