holy blessing , fails to register as completed in dailies

I report this daily via ticket and everyday receive the same email . they have never had this reported before.
I have spoken to many players across most servers and all have this issue .
complete the holy blessing , but it is not recognised in ; dailies; timely events , as completed .
they demand screen shots by email , and when provided you do not hear from them again .
why can't they just acknowledge that they have no intention or ability ti fix this fault .

From what I can see with the new ticket system, they aren't lying to you about your report being the first, and only, report. Also, I see there were 3 tickets from you in April, but none of them have a screenshot attached. If you would be so kind as to drop your screenshot here, or click my name and send it by pm, I will make sure the report is acknowledged.

In Holy Blessing, you must collect at least one stack of wood or whatever and bless at least once .. it will not show as completes if you don't do one or the other.

We go in , collect one pile of whatever, bless and then leave because after ult levells are reached you don't need to stay to collect EXP and it counts as completed for us.

to Memory lane , i have had emails back and forth with them in which i have included dozens of screen shots .
