The event is for the Dragon Awaken mini client that we don't have, so we don't have the events that require using the mini client. We were suppose to get it, but currently we are not inline to get the dedicated DAW client.

Search "command prompt", and open it
Right click the command line and select "Run as administrator"
Enter in the command prompt: "ipconfig /flushdns"
