Were is menu Skils ?

It's the icon at the bottom of your screen that says Skills. I'm confused by your confusion - it's the same process you've been doing since level 1, all the way through to Ultimate 15.

The upgrade button on the Ultimate panel is disabled because your talent level is only 147, and as it says under the button, it requires 150. I would presume that since your talent level is currently 147, that you would know where the talents are located.. Go to Skills, click Talent from the left side menu, and upgrade your Talent Level to 150.

What am I missing? You're at 147/150 on your talent level. Is there something preventing you from getting the last 3 levels?
