You've shared the file path to the screenshot's location on your computer, which would require I be sitting at your computer to navigate to it.
To share a screenshot, click the Image button on the reply toolbar and upload your image. If it says your image is too large, save your image as a .jpg. the upgrade button is disabled although I have 85 crystals and need 80

The upgrade button on the Ultimate panel is disabled because your talent level is only 147, and as it says under the button, it requires 150. I would presume that since your talent level is currently 147, that you would know where the talents are located..
