How to unsubscribe VIP from this game ?

Hi guys ! I have a question to ask : How can I unsubscribe VIP monthly ? I don't need the VIP benefits recently but I can't deny the purchase , It's said that they couldn't find my order ? Need help .

from My Order -> Vip state - and from here there are the " CANCEL " button -> I pressed it to cancel my future order because I don't need the bundle anymore but It won't work , showing the tab says " Order cannot be found "
Plus I don't know why R2Games just re-purchase the bundle without my permission or consent so It makes me uncomfortable

It automatically renews because it is a monthly subscription. There is another option that is a one-time purchase.

Please send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=vip Include your screenshots, and request assistance with cancelling it. They'll be able to unsubscribe you on their end. I will make sure the issue with not being able to cancel it yourself is forwarded.

Please provide the character name and server you submitted your ticket under.

One reply I did get when asking about this situation is that you should be able to cancel the subscription through your payment channel. I know that if you use Paypal, you can go into the billing agreement and cancel it, but I don't know the process for other payment methods. Do give that a look for me, please.

I've issued with the VIP Subcribtion and R2Games also replied that the Subscribtion will be cancelled by their ends , and now , 1 month later , It's still purchase the VIP .WHY ???? I NEED ANSWERS , NOW !! IS THIS WHAT WE CALLED A SCAM FROM THE DEVELOPERS ? I NEED THIS PROBLEM - SOLVED - INSTANT !!!!!

As mentioned a month ago, you should be able to cancel through whatever payment method you used to pay for the subscription. For example, if you paid with paypal, you can cancel the billing agreement directly on the website. I don't know how you paid, but you should contact them to cancel the billing agreement, and you can also tell them you didn't authorize the most recent payment.

Also, as requested a month ago, I need your character name and server in order to even ask R2 about your VIP. Please provide that so I can ask them about your ticket.
