    Losing ENHANCE and ENCHANT

    I just see my BR is dropped. and now i find out what problem is.
    Compare Picture 18 and 22 for the enchant. last 3 days i have 212 216 200 229 204 211 191 213. ( see picture 18 ) when i report enchant problem . but now only 194 184 184 187 183 188 187 184 ( see picture 22 . sever just maintenance today) i am losing alot enchanting stone.
    almost 200 stone and X 7 and 8 = 1xxx stone
    Compare enhance from last 3 days when i report the bug ( see picture 19 and 21 )
    Last 3 days i have 150 132 133 133 132 132 133 150 ( see picture 19 ) , after sever maintenance i have 130 113 114 114 113 113 114 114 ( see picture 21 ) I am lost 170 x 9 or 10 empowered sapphire over 1k stone
    Losing Totally over 2k stone for my character
    And the last time sever maintenance i drop BR too, but i did not have any proof for it

      Please stick to one thread so all of the information is easily accessible.

      These are great screenshots, I will forward them. I would also advise sending in a ticket with the screenshots from this thread so that they will have your account information to pass along to the devs.

          Just to clarify - the emergency maintenance that was suppose to address the issue with the enchantment rollbacks did not fix anything for you?

                    Did Devs fix it yet memoryLance. i see my enhance and enchant number is the same. nothing change
