  • Bug on Eternal fury H5

    I need help my account bug on eternal fury H5 i already sent ticket but no response, the "Abyss" on "Trial" icon gives no reward so i cant go to next level until i claim the reward but the problem is there's no reward given, please help me fix this cause every exp and item i could get from those are valuable to level.

    If you do not receive a response to your ticket within 24 hours of sending in your ticket, please let me know if you're using Yahoo mail, and your character name and server.

      I already make tickets and clear cache and even try in different computer but the bug is not fixed all i have is an email that says be patient and wait for update from the support@r2games.com.hk the ticket was made 06/11/2021 until now the problem is not fixed, i have multiple account in this game and i spent money in some of them, i was just hoping i could get a good and fast service from you guys but all i got is "please be patient and wait for our update" every passing day is another reward that i supposed to claim in abyss but i cant even moved to level 4 they even make me upload a video about my problem ( https://youtu.be/mEG4CSFFXwI )but until now they cannot fix it or even update me once a day about what is going on? i hope the service in here can be change and became faster and the communication they need to update the player on what are they doing or what is going to happened, days already passed but no email from developer/support@r2games.com.hk.

        Please don't post your email address publicly.

        It looks like you were told just before the weekend that the devs would need permission to kick you offline to check your account. Do keep in mind that the devs are only in the office during normal business hours, GMT+8, and they work though issues in the order they are received.

        Also keep in mind they will need to check this specific event, so please be sure you're leaving your attempt available for them. If you have not received an update by mid-week, please let me know.
