Hi - I submitted a bug about the Cross Server Arena Rewards not being distributed. I was asked to attach a screen shot which I did. I have not heard anything back. The Cross Server Arena ends again in 2 days. Care more about having the bug fixed then getting the missing rewards. So far, last 5 events were not distributed. This is not just me (Young Augustine on Server 15), it is other players as well (might be the entire server or entire game). Please fix the bug before we lose out again. Thank you.

NOTE: Issue might be that there is nobody in first place (I think person previously in first place, might have stopped playing the game). Since "first place" isn't being reset, then that "may" be why rewards are not being distributed. Not sure if this is the issue, but wanted to share this possibility. Also makes it so I can only get 2nd, lol. -

The UID is found at the top of the game screen on the R2Games banner. It's also found in the upper left corner of the R2 home page by your avatar. I just said that the screen shot is posted on this forum on the one started by me on 5-17
- I am not concerned about receiving previous rewards not sent. Just want the bug fixed for the future
- Event just ended again with no rewards so I have to work my way back up to 1st or 2nd place. Look at posting started 5-17Comment

It shows somebody in first place now so it looks like that portion is fixed. I won't know if it distributes rewards for another 10 days when the event ends next time. Thank you.
