Interesting. First thing I want you to do is reboot everything - your router and your computer. Rebooting the router lets it install any firmware updates that have been pending. See if you can load that server once you've done so. If you can't load that server after a fresh reboot, try logging into 296.
If you can log into 296, but still can't log into 297, you'll want to submit a ticket to support at https://www.r2games.com/support and let them know in the message that you cleared your cache and cookies, tried a different browser, and rebooted your router and pc, and would like them to check your character on their end.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
