New game or new update ?

The R2 games team, I have been playing the beta of Eternal Fury 3.0 and it is great with new things and adjustments for things unbalanced (charisma), my question currently is: Is this a new eternal Fury game or is it a new update for which are we currently playing ?? , I ask you this because the game holliwod team previously abandoned the eternal fury 1 project leaving the players in nothing, to make the eternal fury 2 project and start everything from scratch, and now a version 3.0 appears and I do not know if they will abandon the current game or they will update it later.
I look forward to a prompt and honest response from r2games.

had a look at it,all they done is rerelease dragon awaken and called it eternal fury version 3.0,its basiacally same damn game

Its seems like they treat it like a new game.
S101 came out today. Different gameplay, so I think the old game will be dead soon.
Milking the players it is in my humble opinion.
