    I have all the information needed that yall wanted on this issue just waiting a reply concerning Case #: 634205. i have replied to the email with all the information u have asked for

          The update with our support was the request was forwarded to devs before, they will follow this up again with them. So sorry for the inconvenience this has cause you, please if tickets remains unresolved within a week to follow it up continuously. Hopefully this will be resolve soonest.
