Need fixing about recharge problem fast please

i have problem with recharge
i recharge for today event i recharge it 3 hours ago and not received yet till now, and today event almost run of time

please what i suppose to do?

DID I LOSE MY BENEFIT FOR TODAY EVENT, EVEN TOUGH I HAVE MY RECEIPT PURCHASE COMPLETE???
JUST THAT IT????
