  • Growth Goals/Rankings Error

    My ranking has disappeared under "growth goals." Please explain and correct this error which has occurred since most recent server merge. I have more than paid for that ranking and want it displayed please.

    Hi, can you give me a screenshot also consider too that due to the xservers merges there is a possibility your ranking might have gone down.

      Thanks for the prompt reply. I'll take/send a screen shot as soon as I can figure out how to do it. I didn't really "consider" the "possibility" that my growth points would have reset to "zero" as they appear to have done...guess that would put me in last place-lol But, I'll also "consider" the 3615 growth points I've earned should put me in 4th place, I think I would still appreciate it being corrected.

        Using snipping tool method, it says my screen shot can't be sent as it "....exceeds the limit of 976.7 KB." Any other suggestion?

          Make sure you save your image as a jpg file (Open image, click Save As, set the file extension to jpg). If your image is still too large, you can upload it to an image hosting service, such as tinypic.com, imgur, photobucket, etc, and paste the link to the image.

              Thank you for providing the screenshots, will report this but be reminded that this might take some time as our devs are on a weeks holiday. Can I also suggest for you to clear your cache and cookies and see if this will fix it.
