Your heroes HP bar wont show if they are dead before an opponents hits them, assuming from your screenshots your heroes die when Moira Divine Gaze skill hits them.

the two died before the strike of the moira, circled in red oval, and their bodies are already disappeared. The two died from skill Moira, on the screen shot you can see how their bodies fall, circled in green oval. this is not one case, I see this often

As the screenshots you provided does not show or tell me that 2 heroes die prior to moira skills hitting them your welcome to provide a video for us to see it.
