Bug in Ultimate Skill

When rage reaches 100% for my main and all the characters, the ultimate skill is not triggered, and they stop fighting and just die. This just started after the reset today.
Please look into this. I cannot provide a screenshot.

Hi, can you please provide more details like your main ultimate skill, your squad, the dungeon or features your fighting. Provide us too your ingame name and server. Also have you check if this button are set to "ON" as they are the one that set to auto trigger your ultimate skill once they hit 100% you can see them on right bottom along your squad line up.

Thank you..... My Flash Player had updated and the buttons had turned themselves off by themselves. Go figure.....
Things appear to be back to normal now.
