My daily limit mall, not refreshed

i got some problem with my shopping mall.

my mall not refreshed,i only spin 3 time(i get from spend topas 2 ticket and q from vip 1)
yesterday i can spin 6 time (3 from daily mall,2 spend topaz,and 1 from vip 1)
please check my error

Can you tell me what time you did the purchases as game features and shop refreshes daily at midnight US east time.
